Sales Director for Indonesia (only Indonesian / Malaysian nationals)
The Candidate shall be responsible for Winning profitable Opportunities for Products & Solutions in South East Asia.
Roles & Responsibilities
As Director of Sales, the consultant will be responsible for selling Products and Solutions in South East Asia. He/She will be driving all activities of the Sales Cycle from Identification to Closure and Contracting.
Target the leads in the area of CVM/Digital CVM (Customer Value Management), Customer Intelligence, & Analytics Communication Service Providers in required locations.
Create opportunities which can be put into the Funnel for the Sales Measurement.
Leverage own relationships, own networking and develop new relationships with C Level executives of customer.
Develop opportunity specific partner/channel if necessary.
Presentation to Clients, Preparation of Proposals and Negotiation of Commercial Terms and Conditions.
Responsible for Post Sales Activities such as Relationship, Invoicing, Collections and CSAT
Minimum 8+ years of predominant Sales experience, Selling into Communication Service Providers
Solution Selling Capabilities, Must have sold Innovative Solutions
MBA from a reputed institute would be a PLUS
Selling to C Level Executives. Selling to CMO, Strategy Organization is PLUS
Must have developed the Customer from scratch (Most recently in last two years)
Must have his/her own relationship with at least two large Telco Groups
Well aware and informed about the latest trends of the industry (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, M2M, Digital)
A Sharp Shooter, Hunter
Excellent Presentation Skills
Team Player, with Multi-Cultural Exposure. Ability to work with the support of an India based pre-sales team
Willingness to travel or move to different geographies as per organizational needs
Ability to work under Short Deadlines
