Technical Consultant - Oracle, PL/SQL, Informatica, Fund Accouting

Hiring, Technical Consultant / Technical Architect with following skills and experience, mandatory to have Fund Accounting experience along with Oracle, Informatica.

• Work with Delivery Managers, System/Business Analysts and other subject matter experts to understand the requirements and then Design solutions
• Assist in effort estimation for new projects/proposals.
• Produce/Review Technical specifications, unit test cases for the interfaces under development
• Develop and implement standards, procedures and best practices for data maintenance, reconciliation and exception management.
• Demonstrate technical leadership
• Produce design/ technical specifications.
• Propose solution & estimate projects
• Ability to guide/mentor juniors in developing solutions on GFDR platform

• Overall 10-12 years of experience in technical leadership in data warehousing and Business Intelligence areas
• Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Stored Procedure experience
• Experience of Source Control Tools (Clear Case preferred)
• A very good understanding of Data Warehouse, Datamart and ODS concepts
• Experience in UNIX andPERLscripting
• Understanding of standard ETL tools such as Informatica Power Centre
• Demonstrate technical leadership in Eagle, Oracle, Unix Scripting, Perl, Scheduling tools - Autosys/Control 
• Experience of using job scheduling tools (Control-M preferred)
• Strong Knowledge of data modelling , data normalisation and performance optimisation techniques
• Ability to guide/mentor juniors in building solutions & troubleshooting.
• Exposure and understanding of fund accounting concepts/systems, master data management is desirable
• Experience with data distribution and access concepts with ability to utilise these concepts in realising a proper physical model from a conceptual one
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills
• Ability to work closely with cross functional teams
• Openness to work as a part of a team engaged in development as well as production support activities.
