Hiring, CRM Architect with Salesforce experience
Build organization competency on CRM (SalesForce in particular)
Act as a solution and design architect for CRM implementations (SalesForce/Pivotal)
Technically lead and mentor the India development team
Define standards, best practices and governance structures to deliver best quality solutions
Write and maintain programming and project documentation based on provided specifications
Understand business requirements and functional processes to provide best of breed solutions
Provide innovative and out of the box thinking on tools, methodologies for CRM delivery
Leverage partner solutions and third party products on SalesForce to provide right solution for the business
Hands on capability in terms of working on complex components, problem solving etc
Install applications and configure environments for use in development,
testing and production
Provide end-user and system administrator training in on-site and remote formats
Minimum 10-13 years of hands on experience in CRM implementation, system design or related business experience
Experience of Min 3-5 SFDC end to end implementations mandatory.
Knowledge of other CRM products is helpful
SalesForce certifications 401(mandatory), 201 (mandatory), 501 (helpful)
Understanding of SFDC CRM application (Sales Cloud mandatory, Service Cloud- good to have) capabilities and constraints
Force.com development best practices
Apex Programming (SOSL and SOQL, Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs), VF pages, Triggers, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & Dashboards
SalesForce Security model
Integrating SFDC using Web Methods, Web services, SSO, Cast Iron, Informatica etc
Architecting and building solutions within the SalesForce Portal
Good understanding of cloud computing and encryption technologies used in the same
Knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages
including Javascript and SQL
Understanding of web technologies
Experience in business process mapping and translating the same to technical solutions
Experience in leading technical requirement gathering session, writing technical architecture documents and managing integration.
Good understanding of Sales and Marketing related processes in the financial services sector (asset Management preferred)
Exposure to full lifecycle of a project involving migration from one CRM
platform to another
Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology
(preferably Agile or Iterative development)
Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment
Ability to manage client expectations and scope.
Very good communication skills and the ability to explain and articulate technical aspects in a manner than business can understand
Experience in working effectively with teams spread across different geographies
