Minimum 7-10 years of hands on experience as a business analyst on CRM applications in the financial services industry
Experience of Min 3-5 SFDC end to end implementations mandatory.
SalesForce certifications –201 (Desired)
Hands-on experience with SalesForce configuration
Understanding of SFDC CRM application (Sales Cloud – mandatory, Service Cloud- good to have) capabilities and constraints
Experience in business process mapping and translating the same to solutions
Experience in leading requirement gathering session and writing process documents.
Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development)
Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment
Ability to manage client expectations and scope.
Very good communication skills and the ability to explain and articulate technical aspects in a manner than business can understand
Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally to arrive at a solution
Ability to develop & maintain good relationships with stakeholders
Candidate must be willing to travel overseas at short notice for the duration necessitated by project needs
Ability to cope with constantly changing priorities and deal with ambiguity is essential.
