US Payroll Associates

Looking for US Payroll Associates in Bangalore.

 Relevant Experience - 1-4 years

Processing of US payroll, Reconcile Payroll register, Ensure Disbursement of Pay, Court and other payouts are correct. Payroll process should be done on Timely basis without any delay. Timeliness and Accuracy of Payroll are extremely critical requirements of this role. Provide training to other associates in the team / Knowledge sharing / back up for other payrolls.

Skills

Knowledge of US Payroll Process is mandatory. Preferably experience in SAP Payroll / Success Factors applications.

Good Communication skills- Oral & Written, Sound computer knowledge, (MS Word, Excel Outlook and e-mails handling). Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling US customers.

Good Listening skills and ability to understand US customers. Candidate should have strong customer focus and be result oriented. He/she should be flexible to Organizational Requirements, Good Analytical Thinking & Positive Attitude. Should be highly energetic & a Team Player, BPO Experience preferable. This is strictly a night shift position.
