Project Manager - Salesforce

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 12 - 15 Yrs

Job Description

Minimum of 12 years application development experience in the I.T. industry with at least 5 years proven experience on leading Salesforce or other CRM projects.
B.E. / M.C.A.
Exposure to any structured software development life-cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development)
Basic knowledge of technology, third party products and their products
Experience of Min 3-5 SFDC end to end implementations mandatory
SalesForce certifications –201 (Desired)
Understanding of SFDC CRM application (Sales Cloud – mandatory, Service Cloud- good to have) capabilities and constraints
Hand’s-on experience on Salesforce – Migration, Implementation and development/enhancements.
At least 2 implementation or migration experience for a CRM as a Project Manager, with excellent Techno/functional knowledge on one of the CRM product
Exposure to customization of CRM systems
Proven track record in successful project management of several good size system projects
Good knowledge and experience in at least one Quality management models
Exposure of integrating applications in a complex and diverse systems environment
Exposure to various third party products and experience of integrating them into a systems solution
Experience or understanding of high security features to manage sensitive data
Excellent communication skills to interact with higher management and business users across whole Europe.
