Looking for Oracle Financial Functional experts with Project/Program Management experience with following skills and experience.
In this role you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Oracle Financials modules that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within area of expertise, be responsible for short and long term program planning/execution, and contribute to the overall program success.
Assist in process design and integration
Develop To Be configuration requirements
Provide continuity across all modules, applications, and interfaces
Participate in all process design and information discovery efforts
Create system specifications (configuration requirements, conversion requirements, modification requirements, and interface requirements)
Participate in package configuration sessions
Create system design and ensure compliance to specifications.
Develop operating procedures, training materials, test strategy and plan, test scripts and cases, and end-user acceptance testing
Identify, manage, and resolve all technical issues
Develop and implement system transition plan
Review and resolve issues with production system
Manage vendor relation for specific areas and manage vendor deliverables
General project leadership and management
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in large program or ERP implementations
Demonstrated planning and organization skills
Technical project management over enterprise solutions
Experience with process improvement
Experience with processes, methodologies and reporting methods
6 Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certified
