Responsible for planning and executing the business objectives for IT Products and Related services for the region 
Owning up the regional P&L responsibility
High Target Orientation 
Development, Management and Guidance of the sales team 
Customer engagement and communication at the CXO level 
Principal Management at regional level
Market share Analysis, Credit & AR Control, Contract Management, Negotiation

BE, MBA (Preferred) only full time courses would be considered

13-18 years in product sales/IT products with man management responsibility
