Job Purpose - Build a strong client base to generate revenue on the ground and then manage the ongoing expansion for region.
Explore the possibilities of leveraging Mobile Advertising platform for venturing into different geographies.
Own and deliver key mADmart business metrics- ROs, Gross Revenues, Net Revenues, direct costs and collections
Drive mADmart value proposition across both agencies and advertisers.
Developing new business relationships, including educating clients on mobile offerings and product suites, increasing revenue from existing client relationships.
Build and Manage team of direct sales, channel sales and marketing resources.
Ensuring adequate pipeline for the business (Generating leads, sales negotiation to closing deals Working full sales lifecycle).
Strike revenue partnerships with aggregators, digital agencies and other solution providers
Developing and growing relationships with key Mobile service providers as well as with various advertisers and agencies
Manage a cross functional team, including contractors, working across multiple geographies to ensure collaborative delivery of services.
Ensure optimal staffing, utilization and retention of the required skills.
Optimal resource allocation taking into account logistics such as travel, work permits, visas etc.
Ability to influence service delivery teams and operator stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
