Hiring, Sr Marketing Consultant for Marketing Services Delivery, base location will be Mexico.
Local (Mexico) candidates are preferred.
Job Purpose: Plan and construct highly segmented and objective driven CVM programs for clients & Ensure smooth campaign management (Configuration, UAT, launch & daily operations).
Work with clients to build on an effective CVM framework across all product verticals.
Operationalize the agreed CVM plan and ensure time to time engagement with clients to ensure impact from each action is measurable and made visible to client for further decision making.
Responsible for achieving the Revenue objectives by:
Identifying revenue maximizing opportunities within current campaigns through modification or optimization, based on expertise, impact analytics & feedback from local MO teams.
Responsible for smooth campaign management (Configuration, UAT, launch & daily operations).
Problem solving & technical liasoning with SD team.
Publishing business critical dashboards, reports & analytics.
Track SDAC, ensure data validation process & track invoice generation (revenue recognition).
Driving CSAT by meeting customer requirements & expectations.
Publishing business critical dashboards, reports & analytics:
o Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
o Monthly KPI & campaign dashboards
o Business Intelligence (BI) & Impact analytics
Monthly review with the Circle/Operator Marketing teams along with respective MC & Account Managers.
Reporting: To PMC for Campaign Management & Revenue responsibilities. Design and implement KPI reporting templates for us to report to its customers the impact delivered by our engagement.
Communicate effectively with the client and internally.
Maintain processes, templates, and other documents that support best practices.
Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required.
Qualifications Required: Any Graduates, Preferably MBA
More than 10 years’ experience in Prepaid U&R Campaign management at operator level.
Open to other resources having Customer Interacting roles .
Ability to understand Technology related to platforms & telecom.
Willing to learn new technologies & passionate to work in telecom domain
Should be Smart with good conversation & analytical skills.
Should be aware of Software Technologies
Skills Required (Technical/Domain / Process Related)
Experience in commercial Segmentation platforms like SAS, UNICA, SPSS, etc
Expertise domain knowledge of Telecom/other related industries, product/CVM marketing Basic understanding of client consulting techniques. (worked directly for at least 4 to 6 years)
Knowledge of advanced data analytics, reporting techniques
Advanced presentation skills
Prior experience (direct/indirect) in big-data/advanced data analytics driven customer solutions
Domain knowledge in marketing technology, such as mobile marketing, email marketing, CRM, direct marketing, analytics, online advertising, or an enterprise software product for mobile operators.
Knowledge of formal communication techniques - verbal/email, etc.
Proficiency in formal English communication
Proficiency in comprehending and speaking in clients' local language (preferably)
Good inter-personal skills and ability to work with Client mid management (CVM head level)
