Job Description

Looking for a Presales Consultant (French and English - mandatory), who can work out of Dubai. Prefer candidates who are currently in Dubai. Role will be to do Presales in Analytics space, should have substantial experience in Telecom industries.

Designated Market area - Dubai, North Africa.

Key Responsibilities : -

1.Understanding of Client Requirements (Stated, Un Stated & Latent Needs) directly from Client or through Sales Directors
2. Creating a Vivid Presentation, Documentation, Use Case to meet Client's Requirements, Use Case Based Selling of Products & Services
3. Presentation with CMO, CIO, CTO, VP Business Intelligence, CRM Heads and all the User Teams, Functional Teams and get their Mind Share on Offerings & Value Proposition
4. End to End Solution Proposal Creation with the Help of Bids & Proposal Teams, Subject Matter Consultants - Big Data Managed Services & Consulting Services
5. If Required, Take the necessary help from Product Management, System Engineering and Service Delivery Organizations to make the Vivid, Deal Winning Proposal
6. Creating a Pricing (License Based, Utility Based, Revenue Share Based, Fixed Fee Based or any other Innovative Way of Commercials) and take the approvals on- Product Pricing (License, Rev Share, Fixed Fees & AMC)- Professional Services (IIT)- Big Data Managed Services- Consulting Services
7. Ownership of the Scope of the Proposal right from Sales Cycle to Project Cycle
8. During Sales Cycle: Owner of Entire Bids & Proposal creation including Legal, Commercials, GCC/SCC, Third Party Component Synergy and its Documentation (Third Party Partner is not owned by them)
9. During Sales Cycle: Arrang IBD Call if it requires Cross Functional Work specially in case of RFI/RFP/RFX, Tender, etc… and track that along with respective Bids & Proposal Teams
10. Owner of All the Clarification Round and update the Proposal with all revisions and responsible for the Repository
11. On Winning the Deal, Arrange the Kick Off Meeting Internally and explain the Solution and take Sign off from Project Manager of TSD & MSD
12. On Winning the Deal, Arrange the Kick Off Meeting with Customer and present the Solution sold and introduce Project Manager of TSD & MSD
13. Invite Subject Matter Experts from Pre Sales Team, Product Management Team, Analytics Factory Team & TSD/MSD Teams, Engineering Teams

Experience & Qualification Criteria:

1. Excellent Presentation Skills, Communication Skills and Power over Language
2. Ability to explain clearly to CXOs
3. Deep Understanding of Telco Environment (Big Data, Analytics Space, CVM Space, CEM Space, VAS Space, OSS/BSS Space)
4. Experience in Front End Pre Sales Role with minimum of 6-8 Years of Experience in that relevant field and space
5. Excellent Documentation Skills
6. Experience with awareness on contemporary, evolving technologies in the field of communications, mobile advertising, internet and overall Telecom industry.
7. Exposure to campaign management systems & big data platforms is a plus.
8. Extensive experience around Telecom OSS and BSS systems is must
9. Experience to assess and identify customer objectives and build upon these with winning customer centric solutions and sales themes
10. Proficiency in French.
