Hiring, Web and Mobile Senior Developer for Mumbai

Position Summary:

The Business Analyst conducts research as well as monitors, maintains, and optimizes business solutions.

Key Position Responsibilities:

To develop responsive websites and projects using .Net and MS Visual Studio IDE
To develop cross platform mobile apps and native/hybrid app development
To develop projects using Telerik AppBuilder

Gather user requirements to develop solutions and alternatives
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements
Work with users to define concepts under direction of project leaders
Develop BRS, SRS from URS
Prepare technical design document and test case document
Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams
Comply with companys Global IT Policies & Procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Technical Skills:

Desired Candidate should be a Developer at heart, Tester + User Interface designer and who likes to stay updated on technology
Expertise in using Visual Studio 2008 IDE or above (with preferred Code behind)
Expertise in responsive websites development
Expertise in Telerik AppBuilder and Exposure to Telerik Controls is must
Expertise in CSS 5.0, HTML 5.0, AJAX, Java script
Must have developed cross platform Mobile Applications (for Android, iOS, BB and Windows Mobile)
Must write My SQL Queries, Stored Procedures and other RDBMS is added advantage
Willing to work throughout Project Life Cycle Management
Willing to work on multiple projects in parallel
Adhere to Agile and Scrum methodology
E-Commerce experience would be an added advantage.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Must have 5+ years of experience in Visual Studio.Net, My SQL, MS SQL Server and responsive UI Design
Any graduate preferably with .Net certification, relevant technical certificates a plus
Should be able to handle all day-to-day operations related issues independently.
Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience
Able to complete assignment with minimal direction
Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues
Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies
Enhanced PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft products, Microsoft Excel
Interest in expanding ones knowledge in the technology industry
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
