Hiring, Manager - Technical (9-12yrs), should be hands on Technical (Core Java coding), Continuous Integration

Understand our product on a technical and functional level, understand the business drivers of our clients, and deliver quality solutions that address the business needs of our clients.
Manage the product release process. Solve technical issues of team members. Stay on top of all work that the team is doing.
Deliver working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards.
Work with management, peers and teams to define and collect process and project metrics, analyze trends, propose, seek consensus on, and implement improvements in our delivery processes.
Work with project managers and teams to drive improvements in solution design, analysis, development and testing activities.
Anticipate operational issues, develop preventive measures, and mitigate risks.
Act as an escalation point for Onsite Stakeholders; team members.
Provide leadership to develop and maintain an effective team through selection, training, compensation, motivation, etc.

10+ years of relevant experience in the software development field, proven experience in leading software development teams.
Strong project management skills, proven experience in leading the delivery of software solution offerings, full lifecycle.
Proven experience with agile teams and processes, facilitating leadership style.
Must have done coding in Java in his/her earlier career and still hands on today. Knowledge of QA.
Ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, strong initiative, good time management skills, can multitask.
Enthusiastic, friendly, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of English.
