Regional Sales Manager, Analytics & Digital Engagement Products: India (BFSI Segment) (AGM/GM level)
Job Role:
- To meet the client, understand the needs and win the mindshare of the client
- To identify the decision makers, influencers and customer buying process
- To meet the C level and maintain relationships
- To identify the sales channel through which the sale can happen efficiently (channel partners such as System Integrators, Value Added Resellers)
- To manage the deal specific channel partner
- To structure and create a winning commercial proposal
- To sell the standard software to Enterprises primarily to Financial Institutions (BFSI Industry)
- Ownership of Quarterly Sales Targets (Order booking)
Experience & Skills criteria:
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience selling standard software products such as Unica, SAS, SAP or cloud based solutions to Financial Industry of India
- Possess good relationship with leading bank’s decision makers (CIO, CMO, Digital Heads)
- Consistently achieved the Targets worth of minimum 2 Mn USD per year
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Presentation, Negotiations skills
- Well versed with Finance Industry Trends
- Well versed with Trends of Big data, Analytics
- Managed SI as well as VAR Partners
- MBA preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
- Individualistic, Go getter approach; Experience working for small company is an added advantage
