Hiring, Manager Platform Management - Technology Data & Information Management
Location Gurgaon

Role Summary:

Looking for Manager who is self-starter to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment who can be part of the Technology Data & Information Management team. This role that is responsible for managing a few global enterprise information systems providing technical leadership and operational governance that requires partnering with the broader Technology Data and Information Management team at the country, region and global levels.

Duties & Responsibilities

Experience in managing all aspects of a set of IT platforms inclusive of:
Develops technology roadmaps through partnership with business leadership to define required business capabilities and the technologies to support those capabilities in support of business objectives
Management of IT platforms including all aspects of Change the Business and Run the Business and Operational support
Communication, presence, and presentation skills are important as this role will have significant interaction with our business operations center of excellence leadership, as well as IT leadership
Partnering with IT infrastructure and architecture to ensure solutions properly leverage the corporate infrastructure and are architected in the proper manner
Operate platform skills in terms of ensuring systems have proper system up time and the incident inventory is managed in structured and timely manner

Key Skills

Experience in Business Process Management/ Workflow (PEGA), Robotic Process Automation RPA and Imaging/ Optical Character Recognition
Experience in workflow and business process / case management is helpful, although not required
Ability to manage technology vendors to appropriate service levels
Delivery experience in managing a portfolio of projects across the full project lifecycle
Delivery experience using Agile / Kanban methodologies
Strong team leadership skills responsible for staff and contractor performance. Writes and administers performance reviews and makes compensation decisions.
Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of executing on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment working with cross functional teams
Excellent problem-solving skills involving complex and ambiguous issues

Employee Specification

Bachelors degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline.
At least 5 years of Industry experience in managing enterprise IT platforms
Ability to operate independently and use good judgement as an IT Leader.
